Job Position: Branch Manager

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and profitability of the branch.
  • This role involves managing staff, driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Manage, supervise, and motivate branch staff.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the branch location.
  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / HND in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial and business acumen.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business management systems.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
